Senior Product Designer Workbench (March 2023 to present)
Create and design risk management tools, job/order tracking dashboards, and other supply chain management features for internal users and external manufacturing partners built on a responsive web app.
Hold brainstorming meetings with PM, stakeholders/SMEs, and engineers to strategize on new features, develop user stories, evaluate scope, and align on company operational goals.
Work with PMs/engineers to write epics and user stories that are tracked in Jira using agile scrum methods.
Developed a formal UAT process for the team so that features are properly tested and validated before product release.

Built the Fictiv workbench application from the ground up using wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. These products are the foundational workflows that are used to iterate and improve user workflows.
Contributed to the development of the Fictiv design system by creating custom components and organisms based on the Ant D component system.
