What Is Fictiv?

Fictiv is an on-demand manufacturing company that enables customers to upload a 3D model, have it analyzed and configured, then sourced through the network and made into a real prototype or production model.

My primary focus has been on the post-order stages, where I design SaaS features for an internal-facing application that manages scheduling, tracking, recording deviations, and manufacturer communications. Additionally, I contribute to an external-facing B2B MES software that serves as a job management tool, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) interface, and scorecard tracker.

Over the past 4+ years, I've developed foundational tools, launched over 15 major features, and implemented dozens of smaller releases. These enhancements have greatly improved efficiency and visibility, transitioning from manual processes to automated workflows, and consolidating multiple software tools and spreadsheets into a unified application. These applications are now deployed across multiple regions in 4 countries and are utilized by over 8 different user types.
